Sastojci:
6 komada piletine po osobi (krila, bataci, belo meso - po izboru)
1 glavica crng luka
3 čena belo luka
15 ml biljnog ulja

Marinada:

120 ml vode
120 ml sirćeta
120 ml soja sosa
1 kašičica đumbira
1 kašičica cimeta
1 do 2 kašičice crnog bibera
2 lista lovora
1 zrno crvenog bibera
1 čen belog luka, usitnjen
1 do 2 sveže crvene čili papričice

Priprema:

Prvo napravite marinadu i u njoj držite meso najmanje sat vremena. Kada izvadite meso iz marinade odmah ga brzo zapecite sa obe strane dok ne dobije zlatnu boju. Meso izvadite i ostavite sa strane.

U istoj posudi na malo ulja dinstajte iseckan beli i crni luk, a kada omekša, dodajte meso i ostatak marinade pa ostavite da se kuva sat vremena na laganoj vatri.

Servirajte uz kuvani pirinač.
