Sastojci
500 gr. poileceg belog mesa
1 veci struk praziluka
150 gr. sampinjona iz konzerve
1 kasika brasna
1 casa vode
pola Maggi kocke, povrce
2 dcl. slatke pavlake
50 gr. margarina
1 kasikica senfa
so, biber

Priprema
Istopiti pola od 50 gr. margarina, dodati piletinu isecenu na sitnije kockice, posoliti i pobiberiti pa proprziti desetak minuta da porumani. Izvaditi kockice piletine, u isti tiganj dodati preostali margarin, praziluk isecen na tanke kolutove i dinstati ga oko pet minuta. Dodati brasno, izmesati, skloniti sa vatre pa polako dodavati prvo toplu vodu, a zatim slatku pavlaku, stalno mesajuci, dok ne postane kremasta smesa. Dodati i Maggi kocku, vratiti piletinu u tiganj pa ponovo staviti na vatru i dinstati sve jos oko 10 minuta. Pred kraj kuvanja dodati sitno seckane sampinjone i kuvati jos oko 5 minuta. Skloniti sa vatre i dodati senf.
