POTREBNO JE
1 kg pilećeg belog mesa, 300 ml pavlake, 240 g krompira, 100 g mocarele, 100 g čeri paradajza, 100 g rukole, 100 g vrganja, ruzmarin, suvi biljni začin, 1,5 dl belog vina, 4 paprike.

PRIPREMA
Isecite čeri paradajz na četvrtine, mocarelu na štapiće, pa pomešajte s rukolom i maslinovim uljem. Zatim uzmite komad pilećeg belog mesa, izbušite ga kroz sredinu i napunite prethodno pripremljenom masom. Ispecite ga na roštilju, ali ga okrenite nekoliko puta dok se ne uverite da je meso pečeno.
U međuvremenu pripremite sos. Prodinstajte vrganje, dodajte im seckani beli luk, ruzmarin, belo vino, nastavite da dinstate i na kraju dodajte pavlaku i začine. Kao prilog koristite pečeni krompir i grilovanu papriku. Kad je sve gotovo, na tanjir naizmenično poređajte krompir i papriku u krug, na sredinu sipajte sos i odozgo poređajte piletinu koso isečenu na kolutove.
