Post Piletina u jogurtu sa jabukama
Sastojci:

2 fileta belog mesa
1 glavica luka
1 kašičica karija
1 kašica grožđa ili začina po ukusu (npr. ruzmarin, nana)
1 veća kisela jabuka
3 dl jogurta
sveži peršun
so, biber
maslinovo ulje

Priprema:

Piletinu narezati na kockice, začiniti biberom i solju, preliti maslinovim uljem i pustiti da odstoji 15 minuta.


Luk očistiti i usitniti, a jabuku oguliti i narezati na kockice.

Meso kratko propržiti na malo ulja, pa izvaditi sa strane. Na isto ulje dodati luk i jabuke i dinstati dok ne omekšaju.

Dodati kari, grožđe ili začine i promešati, pa nakon 5 minuta dodati jogurt.

Ubacite meso i kuvajte na laganoj vatri dok ne omekša, a na kraju dodajte malo peršuna. Poslužite uz pirinač i salatu.
