Post Floridska piletina sa roštilja
Potrebno: 4 polovine pilećih prsa (bez kožice), 15ml meda, 15ml ulja, sok od jednog limuna, 1 čen belog luka.

Priprema:
U plićoj posudi, pomešajte soja sos, med, ulje, sok od limuna i sitno seckani beli luk. U pripremljenu marinadu potopite piletinu i uvaljajte. Poklopite i ostavite u frižideru da odstoji najmanje 30 minuta (najbolje tokom cele noći). U medjuvremenu pripremite roštilj, i neka bude dobro zagrejan. Premažite malo rešetku roštilja, stavite komade piletine i pecite ih 6-8 minuta sa obe strane, u zavisnosti od debljine.
